Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your proof of purchase.
Prepare the Bike
Ensure the e-bike is in its original condition, with less than 10 miles on the odometer, and pack it securely in the original factory packaging with all included tools and accessories.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup as directed by our support team.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
